Privacy policy
There is no sign-up and your designs are never stored on our servers. We still handle a few kinds of information, and they're all listed here.
The basics
Shop Flyer Maker is a tool that runs in your browser. There is no sign-up, and your designs and shop details are never sent to the operator's servers.
Kept only on your device
- The design you are working on (autosave)
- Shop details you enter in Settings (name, phone, address and so on)
- Your display language and the language you picked
- The API key you enter for AI copywriting
This stays in your browser's storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) and the operator can't see it. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.
Visit statistics
To see which pages are used, we count visits with GoatCounter. It keeps only totals of the page address, where the visit came from (referring site or a ?ref= tag), browser and OS names, screen width, language and country (estimated from the IP address). It does not store IP addresses or use cookies.
When you download a design, the file type (PDF or PNG) and display language are counted the same way.

Korea has a Personal Information Protection Act, overseen by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
AI copywriting
When you use AI copywriting, or ‘Fill blanks with AI’ in the multilingual menu tool, your text (including menu item names) and API key go straight from your browser to the AI company you chose (Google or Anthropic). They don't pass through our servers.
- On the free tier of the Gemini API, inputs and outputs are used to improve Google's products and may be read by people. Don't enter personal or confidential information.
- Anthropic says it does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
- Fees and data handling follow each company's terms.
Things loaded from other services
The site is served by GitHub Pages and fonts come from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Those companies' servers may log your connection (such as your IP address).

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we received by email at kmjflask@gmail.com. We reply within 3 business days.
